  Have used these guys a few times, they give the best service! Called yesterday for help repairing a faulty door mechanism. They arrived ten minutes later (although we do live round the corner). Very professional and polite. Explained exactly what needed to be done and that a small part was required. Came back the next day, promptly, and took care of the work. No nasty charges, but a fair price for a call out service.

  I used their car key replacement service. The guy who helped me out was super friendly and very motivated. Did the job within a few hours and really gave his best. I would highly recommend their car key service and use it again if i need to. Their quotation price was also very reasonable. Brilliant job!!!

  Excellent local business. We have used them for many years for key cutting and shoe repair and have found them to be always helpful and professional. They also sell much in the way of useful pieces of hardware such as light bulbs, halogen bulbs and padlocks. In the past, I have bought the wrong bulb and they have happily allowed me to exchange it without requesting a receipt, based on the fact that they know me. Great group of people.
